Balanced mental health is something we all strive for. It is not always easy to do though. Struggling with these issues may feel like you are alone in the world. Like there's no one who can possibly feel the way you do. But you're wrong. There are millions of people who are dealing with these issues. Your brain and body are a complex system. The NAMI alliance is remarkable in it's outreach support staff, understanding and care of everyone involved and knowledge of mental health issues. They are a tremendous organization.

Molly-what great resource you have created here! Scott shared this with me and it's great. I'm a new blogger myself and it will be fun to follow you.
